New Hampshire Grove The New Hampshire Grove is part of The Grove, a website and online community created to engage and encourage citizens to plant trees and protect the urban tree canopy. The New Hampshire Grove is sponsored by the New Hampshire Division of Forests and Lands and the New Hampshire Community Forestry Advisory Council.
Why Join the Grove? Inside The Grove, you have the ability to set up a profile, create photo “groves” of trees you planted to commemorate special events, and join events that create change in your community. Make sure you join the New Hampshire group once you create your profile.

The New Hampshire Division of Forests and Lands is responsible for management of the State’s forested resources, provision of forest resource information and education to the public and protection of these resources for the benefit of the State’s citizen, visitors and forest industry. The Division staff manages over 200,000 acres of state land, operates the State Forest Nursery and manages four forestry educational centers. 
The New Hampshire Community Forestry Advisory Council is a subcommittee of the New Hampshire Forest Advisory Board. The role of the Council is to work in partnership with the Division of Forests and Lands, the University of New Hampshire Cooperative Extension and other agencies, and to serve as a source of public input for the New Hampshire Urban and Community Forestry Program. The Council’s membership includes representatives from the NH Department of Transportation, local utility companies, foresters, arborists and other green industry professionals.
